For example, on January 17th, 2022, Twitter user posted a The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion meme based on it that gained over 410 retweets and 3,500 likes in one year (shown below, left). The meme format gradually rose to prominence through the first half of 2022. A screenshot of the tweet has since been used as a reaction on Twitter. On July 30th, 2021, an unknown Twitter user posted the earliest known meme based on the clip, altering Trump's response into a joke about fakecels and using two images from the video, in one of which Trump holds a finger to his ear (shown below).
